Wife of John J. "Jack" Perkins.

Mother of Richard J. "Rick" (Gail Augustine) Perkins.

Grandmother of Allison C. (Kenneth) Umlor, Courtney E. (John) Chicoli and Steven (Melanie) Jaeckle.

Sister of Charles Lee (Barbara) Andrews, Cheryl L. (Edward) Patton and Herb K. (Susan) Andrews.

Sister In Law of Irene (late William) Schmidt and Ellen (Pat) Paoletta.

Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The Memorial Service will be held at the New Hope United Methodist Church, 2846 Seneca St., West Seneca on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.  Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery, Hamburg will be private.

Mrs. Perkins was a Retiree of the Sears Accounting Center and the Fleming Company Planning & Development Dept.

She was a member of the United Methodist Women.
